11-15 oyster card?
If you are 11 - 15 do you have to hold to card because after school I own never seen anyone hold it but I have it but the singular one using it LOL!
Answers: You don't necessarily have to hold one if you are 11-13 and only using buses. If you are using the tube, or are 14-15 later you must have one.
Even though children lower than 16 (and under 18 surrounded by full time education) get free travel on the buses, London Buses own just changed their policy, within that 14-15 year olds MUST touch their oysters on the readers (You won't be charged).
If you are travelling on the tube, after it makes sense to own one. Without one, a single fare is lb2 (as is an off meeting travelcard), with one, a single surrounded by zone 1 is 50p, and the off apex travelcard is lb1.
The policy for 14-15 year olds has not changed near London Underground, in that you MUST transport ID / proof of age with you if you are buying tickets, and the best method to do that is beside the 11-15 oyster (if you don't have ID, expect to hold to pay full fully fledged rate).
