A grill for general public living oustide the United Kingdom?

Hey, i come and live in England, i only want to know what people living contained by other countries think more or less England, about the relatives and just England contained by general. Please enunciate were you come from to! Thanks :)

Answers:    The English are arrogant and self-opininated, who docks delusions of glory.

I'm from Scotland - we have to live them as our neighbours.
the ethnic group are racist against irish, even when they dont realise it. eg. they repeatedly called me paddy even after i told them my signature is joanne!
they mock the irish accent,
never be to the country,
although i have an english friend who is cool, im guessing here are more nice english people than i realise though.
fiona that's not nice your stereotyping adjectives English people i could utter that all Scots be like you stupid, stereotyping morons. but i would not dare because your not approaching most Scots who are quiet nice. your merely embarrassing exception to your country. I am from the US. I have an idea that of England as a great country. It's civilized, trendy, fun, lots of culture and natural charm. I think English folks are nice, but a little smaller quantity openly stormy than us Yanks. Also, the British humor is a bit different. Not bad, basically different from the American humor.
I had the pleasure of visit your country 20 (gulp) years ago. It was my first plane trip and my first really big trip near friends rather than beside my family. I still remember the artifice of that vacation. Seeing things (Big Ben, Tower of London, etc) contained by person that I have only see in pictures or on TV be incredible. I found the people to be outstandingly friendly. My friends and I got a roll with laughter out of certain things that we found amusing, "Mind the Gap" or what we call "the Buffy Bar"
(Buffet bar) that was available on our London-Edinburgh train.

As an American, I appreciate the friendship that our two countries enjoy shared throughout the years. My Irish great-grandmother would probably roll over in her grave at my deference of England.

One important point that I forgot to mention is the huge impact Britain has have on my family's music enjoyment. My husband is a huge admirer of many UK band such as New Order, The Cure, Stone Roses, Radiohead/Thom Yorke, and Doves and my personal favorite, Editors.
When I was at hand the people be nice. I liked it when i be there.
