1st time to pop in London for 3 days contained by April. Budget shopping, accomodation? Fan of diana, harrods, clothes??

Answers:    For accommodation, try looking contained by the Bayswater/Notting Hill area. It's close to important london, and easily accessible by both bus and tube. It seem to me sometimes that every building is either a hotel, hostel or restaurant, so there'll be plenty of choice for cheap food too.
Well as a Londoner I've never really done the tourist item, but my recommendations would be:

Budget bungalow - try a youth hostel. I've never actually used them surrounded by this country but I have when I've travelled around other countries and they're deeply good effectiveness for money.

Budget shopping - you must go to Primark! It's a markedly cheap clothes store and whilst the clothes aren't the best quality (they'll closing you the season, but which time the trends will have changed anyway) and they are in truth quite on the globe when it comes to stocking the latest fashion. There are various stores around London but the best one is the store at the Marble Arch pause of Oxford Street. Be warned - be in motion early as it can go and get very busy after that on!

Budget food - try Weatherspoons. They're a chain of pubs which do restrained food for decent prices. Each pub have it's own name, but look for the Weatherspoons branding.

Diana stuff - most touristy style shops will own Diana memorabilia and even the royal palaces still sell things such as postcards. We've also get the inquest into her death going on at the moment and whilst I'm not sure when it finishes it may still be on surrounded by April (it seems to hold gone on forever) so you could pop down to the Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand and watch that (the public are allowed to budge in and watch).

Harrods - you can probably achieve knocked rotten Harrods gear in assorted tourist places but nothing beat the real point. The shop itself is on Knightsbridge, and whilst you're there check out Harvey Nicholls (or Harvey Nicks as we give the name it) too as it's just down the road.
