How can I find someone by knowing just the full name?

I would like to make a huge suprise for a close friend that lives in Scotland. I know he moved from Poland about 2 yrs. ago. I also know his full name, cell phone from O2 that he has off whenever I try to call him :-( I also know that he works in Edinburgh. How can I find, track his address?
