Answers: you'd have to take a working visa to live and work here, not so easy to receive now i'd interpret as we have rather a few euro immigrants working here...
Don't see why not...seem like everybody else is. Do you enjoy UK ancestry--a parent or grandparent? if so & you can get copies of their birth/marriage certificate you should be able to apply to the home Office to hold 'certificates of entitlement to the Right of Abode in the UK'. This is a unchanging entitlement, which you pay for once when you first gain it, though you need to seize a new one carved in every passport you own. it resources you can live and work here without restriction, and when you come from in a foreign country you can come in as a returning national, holding the passport plain to the relevant page as you go through immigration.
