Any proposal for motion sickness/clausterphobia?

alright, so i havent been on a bus surrounded by YEARS. and during those years, i developed a sensitive stomach whenever i get surrounded by a car. Also, we are going to own to cram 3 to a seat, (which doesnt gross it any better) does anyone have a REALLY efficient strategy that works?-- besides chewing gum.



Answers:    You can try something over the counter such as Dramamine. Not only will it oblige with the motion sickness, but you will also clutch a nice nap! There is also Ginger Gum which you can buy at any form food/organic store. It really works! If you can, sit in the highly front seat and since you may not be capable of sit by the window and enjoy it opened, I would opt for the isle form. That way you can stare straight ahead out the front windowpane. That would help!
I be the same agency when rode the bus. I would just ask to fringe the window and put the windowpane down. The air on my frontage would help me forget just about the motion. Also try to relax like your trying to filch a nap.

I grasp motion sickness in coup¨¦ alone. I comes and goes. Planes and boat are unpromising for me so I get scopolamine. It works the best and easiest but you obligation a RX to get it.
