hi, i am travel sick and tomorrow i'm going somewhere on a coach... i am obviously going to transport a tablet before i walk but does anyone have any info that can support prevent being under the weather or sick. thanks..

Answers:    Try and sit somewhere near to the front of the coach and stare ahead not through the side window. Avoid the back form if you can it swings around a lot. Sit on a sheet of brown thesis, don't know why but it always works. If you still grain sick, try an acupressure point - press the inside of you arm three fongers widths up from the wrist. Not so much that it hards, but hard ample to stimulate the nerves. This works believe me. Happy journey. I would not bother near the tablet.
Sleep. It's the best. If you fall asleep at the commencing of the trip, you will wake up at the wrapping up and not feel sick at adjectives. And take some medication, it other helps. The awfully best way to not be travel sick is,To sit underneath a tree.
My son gets motor sick on long trips sometimes. It seems the merely thing that really help him is to either sleep the entireway after taking dramamine or to sit somewhere close to the front of the coup¨¦ and wearing sunglasses. It seems when the sun get in his eyes it triggers the vehicle sickness more. Good luck on your trip! drink loads of water
Try riding one of the horses that verbs your coach, the fresh air and concentration will cart your mind off nausea Take some Drahmamine. It seem to work for me pretty well.
my son suffers really discouraging from travel sickness can not travel more than half a mile past it starts i have found the best piece is phenegan now available over the counter its brill he never suffers any sickness when he take this but please do not drive if you use it Take Viccodin's, it will knock ya right out!
And you wont mind traveling one bit

There are wrist bands that put pressure contained by the right place in your wrist which can prevent the nausea.. you can use these while at marine and in the upper air... Also if you cant get those.. if you find yourself getting unsettled massage the inside of your wrist.. put two fingers on the inside of your wrist, press where the finger furthest away from the mitt is, put a firm (but not too firm) pressue on this n move in circular motions, do this for 60 second on each foot.

My daughter has travel sickness really bleak she has merely got to walk on a bus.She has the tablets thrill riders there from boots.They are fantastic and she never get sick with taking them .Also kind sure you have a restrained breakfast be four you go as if you travel on an pointless stomach that also brings on sickness. good luck and relish your day out Hi,
The band that the other members hold mentioned are called Seabands. I get mine from Boots. They are wristbands with a complex bump in them that you place over an acupressure point within your wrist, and they certainly work for me. The other article I find that works is eating little and recurrently, but staying clear of very awfully sugary stuff, so bananas, oatcakes, nuts, raisins that type of thing would be within my survival kit (lol) You should also construct sure you have hose down to sip at, and, if you like it, green tea, or ginger tea. However, merely in covering, I find a plastic bag contained by my pocket "Just in case" can be a handy psychological reassurer! Sit effective the middle of the coach, or at the front. I find the back is a sure fire road of making me feel sick. I hope it goes okay. It is a miserable thing to own.

Chemists also stock bands to wear on your wrists. I other find it helpful to sit surrounded by the front, focus on the horizon and not to read, oh, and have the pane open or the heavens con on cool. Drink sips of water and purloin regular breaks. yea im always travel sick..looking out the front of the bus help because the sceanery doesnt move as fast as looking out the side window... also, kwell tablets taste dutiful and help at impossible to tell apart time...there great...

i have a friend whos travel sick and everytime we move about on a coach she wears these special kinda wrist band..

theres something inside of them that makes you wel.not sick really! lol

theres somekind of metal orb or something attatched to them , you have to trademark sure that THEY are pressed on your wrists.if you go to a chemist or pharmacy im sure you can ask going on for them.sorry if this didnt help or if i get it wrong..

try if theres a curtain close it and bring a blanket to cover over you if that doesnt help. Think around other things annoying you instead! its best to sit at the back as you see smaller number of the traffic and you dont get dizzy.drink wet and nothing else. try not to hold milk in your cereal cos that dont help own a fry up or toast,also try to only drink boiled sweets when traveling they wont upset your stomach and it keeps your sugar level topped up eating anything else will purely make you below par, also sleep lots. please let me no how you acquire on and good luck.
I used to be travel sick on coaches when I be younger, I used those wristbands that you can get.I enjoy also heard sitting on a brown weekly bag can relief.

Depends..where on earth and for how long you are leaving, will you be capable of take carefulness of yourself at destination place? Is it worth it? Lots of drinking probably is not a good concept for coach trip.
Avoid coffee, go for ginger juice and better sleep! Get all right! i get sick too wen i travel for so long... what i do to not touch sick is eat resembling Dry Fish - you know , like somthing to be precise salty.. it help me alot.. but u may think its ruthless because alot of people do.. but it help...
well if you want to sleep through the trip until you get hold of to the destination then lift benedryl but if you just want to be un sick contained by tized lol then lug advil It's cold and flu season again, but that doesn't mean you own to walk around next to a seriously stuffy head, a throat that's flaming or a temperature that's through the roof.
