Are airplanes unsafe or secure?
Can you give me answers pease!
Answers: Airplanes are, mile for mile, much safer than cars. In the USA alone, in that are roughly 50,000 deaths per year cause by car disaster while there be "only" 491 total airplane deaths record in 2007 (mainly small craft) and NO death in the US on planned US airlines.
By those statistics, we have roughly in the region of 130 deaths cause by car crashes across the USA, EVERY SINGLE DAY. And however, the news services greatly amplify the stupid Eastern equine encephalitis carried by mosquitoes that take out maybe a handful of society a year and drive people into a frenzy to go and get mosquito repellents and all sorts of concoctions. Scary, isn't it?
The object why major airlines crashes are so widely reported because usually, when the few crashes take place, there are usually a few hundred empire deaths adjectives at once and therefore it is remarkably newsworthy, but you are never going to hear about the single sports car death within Iowa reported on the news surrounded by New York, etc.
Have fun and drive safely.
On the integral, they are safe, especially when compared to automobiles.
We hold roughly 50,000 deaths per year because of automobile accident (that includes drunk drivers, mechanical flop, weather, and other causes).
Look at the death toll from aircraft. Unless you own a jetliner go down next to 300 people on the ship, you don't hear much about it. Sure, here are the small planes but generally those crash due to pilot error mostly.
So airplanes on the whole are undisruptive, provided they get the stringent inspections required by the FAA.
"Safe" is a relative concept.
Do you quality safe driving around surrounded by a 3000 lb hunk of metal and glass at 65 miles per hour just inches away from other hunks of metal? Thousands of people die every year on the highway and yet relations feel relatively "safe" ample to drive every day.
Airplanes are still statistically safer than cars.
You own to decide.
They are sheltered, for the most part. Those statistics that they they are risk-free compared to accidents near cars, well, that's close to comparing apples and oranges. If we had as abundant airplanes as we do cars, up in the upper air, I'm sure the stats would be a different story.
What better death than surrounded by an airplane? You go speedy.
How safe they are, depends on which airplane you are on. If you are on an airplane beside a car motor, you own a higher luck of an accident! Commercial airlines not often have accident, less than .01%
Most accident are non-fatal, like the landing. The tire get worn out or something. But people hold still lived even from that. Humans are strong beings, man! You'd surprised what you put people through, and they survive!
Most of the time these are undamaging. You always enjoy room for human error though. Mechanical and you sometimes have these pilots who are found intoxicated (probably layovers and schedules) and sometimes they own auto-pilot and take a siesta. But most of the time accidents don't arise. Airplanes are a safe environment. They once in a while crash, and people almost never bring murdered, infected with an STD, mugged, raped, shot at, caught within a fire, caught in a flood, or hit by a sports car, while flying on a plane.
Anything we do is life we own a chance of individual hurt.
But if you are afraid to being hurt or put to death don't do it.
To me airplane are safe. Anything those say will not terrify me if I have pilfer a flight for a business meeting.
Airplanes are much safer than cars contained by terms of the number of brutal accidents that take place. They undergo a severely stringent series of tests (at tiniest through reputable airlines!) and mechanical failure are quite scarce. Safe until unless its is Hi-jacked or got engine problem or slipped from the runway. Crashed into the the deep. or lost in the Bermuda triangle.
Its locked but there are exceptions.
Over 40,000 society die every year on the road.
I'm not sure airline passenger death exceeded highway deaths even on 9/11, but if they did, it have to be the first day surrounded by history. I say planes are sheltered.
They are very not detrimental. More people die by getting struck by lightening respectively year than in plane related incedents. Safety is exceptionally relative. Every method of travel has its ups and downs. If airplanes are not sheltered, why would they keep building planes, and afterwards people hang on to flying them?
It's safe... unless you're surrounded by a movie. And if in that movie, at hand are teenagers on board... next that is complete bleak luck. Driving a car or riding a train are certainly less safer than traveling by nouns.
safer then a vehicle.....more crashes in cars next in airplanes! they utter that if you fly you are less possible to die than if you were on the freeway driving
Statistically speaking, safer than traveling contained by a car. That doesn't thing to me though. I hate flying. There is no breakdown lane surrounded by the sky. Very very exceptionally very locked. Your more likely to hold a cow sit on you than die in an aeroplace.
they are sheltered until you hit the flying cows...then you are screwed they are locked but thers a risk but hey people give somebody a lift risks every day..
Safe Safer than cars.
safer than driving a motor. safe
