Answers: The experience that you had is totally rare. It's forgivable that you would be apprehensive to fly.
Statistically, you have a greater arbitrariness of getting killed within your car than on an airplane. I am a pilot and frequent flyer who have flown millions of air miles in need incident.
Know that you are in virtuous hands when you fly. Pilots are trained to switch most any situation that may occur. The certainty that you are writing this, is testimony to the pilot's skill within getting the aircraft back on the ground soundly. On your next flight, purely sit back, relax and delight in the wonder of flight.
Its "Is my airplane terror racional?" ;) Otherwise nice.
Well, if in that is fire on the wing I would NOT go on that airline again, I would fly though.
What you have, is a once-in a lifetime thing, it is one surrounded by a million. Just think of how lovely it will be where on earth you are going, and to see them/make money if bussiness. And if family, how in good spirits you will be seeing them waving at you surrounded by the airport/noone to annoy you.
Then compare it to sitting at home doing nothin
Yes i believe your fear is sound. I have never be on an airplane and don't ever plan on it. We all enjoy fears and it's okay. all fears come from somewhere. you have your reason anyway. but remember what the other guys said. the pilot, the attendants and the rest of the crew are trained to do what they do. i don't know if you believe surrounded by fate. if it's not your time nonetheless, then nothing's going to begin. it doesn't matter whether you're surrounded by the car or on the bus, or even when you're in recent times taking a walk. so cart things easy. relax and delight in. you might be missing out on the fun of flying.
