Any suggestions on preventing germs/getting sick on an international flight?
Answers: Drink plenty of water - ask for it frequently.
Bring a small container of mitt sanitizer (less than 3 ounces in a plastic zipper sack if you're traveling into or from the US) and use it whenever you touch surfaces that many others hold touched.
Get lots of rest the night up to that time your flight.
Don't touch your eyes, nose or mouth unless your hand are freshly washed.
Stay hydrated, help yourself to vitamins, drink juice and run an Airborne during the flight. I might even keep taking an Airborne each day during the trip if you are really really concerned about it. Also, don't touch your facade -- keep your hand clean. I fly a large amount with work, and after 2 years of constantly getting sick...I have enough.
First point I do is turn off that awefull recycled nouns that shoots out above my head. Secondly I place a scrawny layer of vazeline freshly inside my notrils. I know, sounds gross but it will prevent germs.
I never place my hands close by my mouth or rub my eyes.
I also check in rash and try and get places that are not near the washrooms.
Keeping hydrated and getting a full night rest the day until that time your flight help your immune system.
purloin airborne, or echinacea
