Young boys and girls move to these cities within search of errand and they get placements surrounded by IT or call focus establishments. They need to travel by cabs during strange hours in the dark and there be cases of rape, murder, misbehaviour etc while commuting besides sexual activities surrounded by the work place during night shifts. Todays biggest headache for facility admin service providers in such establishments is the choking of toilets beside condoms etc.
Are these the hazards of monetary boom and new work culture associated beside that? Any solutions to protect our young daughters and sisters?
