You can buy Dramamine over the counter, one brand term is Bonine, two tablets work great, and it costs about $6.00 a box U.S. dollars nearby is also a patch that you apply to your neck, but you own to get a prescription from the doctor, it costs more or less $25 .
Stay out from the inside of the boat, fumes collect in sheltered spaces, the diesel fumes will make you sick, drink river, stay away from the back of the boat where on earth the engines are.Keep your eyes on the horizon, somehow this make your brain cope better near the rocking of the boat. the deep bands. they're this wristband looking things that own a ball that you put at an accupressure point on your wrist. i swear by them. i'm preggers right presently and once i take them rotten, i throw up. they're my miracle. i couldn't survive without them on and sour the ship ( we took a cruise 2 weeks ago). I get seriously sick on boats - I took a cruise concluding fall and thought I be going to die. I took Dramamine which made me feel worse - groggy, tired AND seasick - but the wrist band really helped. I wore them adjectives except for in the shower and notice a real difference. The individual thing be that after a while, my hands started to quality a little questionable and my wrists on the pressure points felt a touch sore. It was totally worth it, though and go away after I took them off after the cruise.
