probably the Golden Pass train route. it go from Zurich to Geneva (and vice versa), and passes through the biggest tourist sites: Zurich/Geneva (obviously), Luzern, Interlaken and Jungfrau region, Montreux/Vevey, Lausanne. Bern is a short excursion stale of the route, and you can do that either from Zurich or Luzern. it doesn't turn to Zermatt, which many individuals like to see, though.
