AC Hotels within Madrid?
Has anybody stayed at one of the many AC Hotels contained by Madrid. Which one is closest to the major attractions of the city? How be your stay at the hotel?
Answers: Hello there! I haven't be in any AC contained by Madrid, but I have be in some of them outside Madrid and they are highly nice. The service is excellent and so is the quality. As for the ones, within Madrid, I would recommend -in terms of where on earth they are- AC Palacio del Retiro, in the first place, since it seem to be in a enormously nice area and I can confirm you that it is close to the foremost attractions of the city : Retiro, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real -well, you could take the subway for that-, shopping areas... that would be my first choice. Otherwise, travel for either AC Recoletos -also fundamentally nice situated, but not as the previous one- or AC Cuzco -that one is right by my office so I can absolutely give you some view of this one: you won't be within walking distance from the points of interest of the city, but it is a sheltered area and you'll enjoy the subway right on the door of the hotel. This will take you to any place you want to budge. Since it's situated right on Paseo de la Castellana -the main avenue within Madrid- there will be copious busses as well that can purloin you right into the center, so don't worry in the order of that. And it's a very nontoxic area, though it doesn't hold any nightlife.
Now you have to choose, depending on your desires and budget.
