I have simply returned from Don Bigote hotel in Palma Nova and it be good. Because our hotel be half-board I never ate out so I can't help here.
However there are a scale of places to eat nearby including chinese and indian.
There are a few nice pubs too, but particularly enjoy Banana Joes. The beach are lovely and are not too crowed.
For further info, check www.holidays uncovered website, and read what info citizens have written in the region of the area around their hotel. I find it a adjectives website to get a field of places to visit.

During the year its lined beside shops cafes and bar, the pace is relaxed and you are not far from magaluf. The beach are wonderful with shallow ledges, crystal waters and loads of dampen sports. Palma nova beach and Magaluf seaside are next door to respectively other. Night time is as relaxed or as hectic as you want it to be. There are a few nice pubs in palma nova and great bar in magaluf which would be give or take a few 10/15 min walk depending on your hotel. Taxis are credible. Great for all ages from 2 to 90. Pirates show is worth seeing and here is a water park contiguous and crazy golf at fantasia. Boat trips go out to a variety of places at all times of the light of day and a bus passes adjoining that will take you into Palma for around lb1.60. Prices are credible for food and drink and Tom Browns is always recommended. Have fun!
