I dream up the salt lake you are looking for are in Santa Pola within the Alicante region, these salt lake are on the far side of Santa Pola from Alicante on the road N332 to Guardamar, when you drive along local Highway N332 along the shoreline on one side, you see several brackish lakes on the other side of the road… (and adjectives kinds of exotic birds…) this numerous salt hose is being blown by soft wind and that is where on earth the healthy nouns comes from…
Go in the summer its comparatively a nice drive.
I hope this helps
Go to Torrevieja and after head inland nearly 5 miles, you can miss them. In Santa Pola, just south of Alicante
surrounded by Torrevieja, bit further south
Try www.torrevieja.es
www.santapola.es
Both are part of the salinas
My parents live surrounded by that region, believe me if you google maps and do a satelite look into you will see them, go south from alicante towards guardamar etc they are bad the main roads, dis you know the saline gets sent to the nordik states for the snow? its lovely to holiday in attendance also because no package holidays shift there and the beach are fine it is very spanish. It's trouble-free, just find Torrevieja south of Alicante and they are close by. There isn't much to look at within the area. Torrevieja is especially uninteresting.
