When searching, spanish holiday or property to buy on the costa kept coming up. But we want the north of spain. Do spanish tangible estate agents deal beside renting.
Answers: As Selina says, seize a good advocate (abogado) before you do anything over here. Don't sign anything or mitt over any money, leave that for your advocate to handle. The law over here are complex and you will have no view what you are doing. Your lawyer will be capable of guide you. Estate agents in Spain aren't close to they are in the UK. The charges here are much complex.
You will find properties to let by typing into Google "Renting within northern Spain". Just use the correct buzz words.
They do but make sure that you recognize your rights as non-native renters, these are very different than for local renters and you could find yourself in difficulties if you don't nick proper care. Sign nought that has not be checked for you be a reputable, English speaking lawyer.
