How the Catalunyans look approaching?

No, really, Just like the average European. It's resembling some people say-so that Southern Spaniards are dark. Well, why of my best friends is Andalusian and she's awfully ashy with big blue eyes. My cousin married a man from Málaga and his brothers are both blond. It's not as if centuries ago Muslims made children near Cristians, so people within the South are not particularly dark. I would say Catalonians look close to the average Central-South European, not different from French, Italian or Portuguese.
The main difference between areas within Spain is the clothes and style. Usually Southern women tend to take lot's of contemplation of themselves, lot's of makeup, high heels and stuff. People surrounded by Catalonia are a generally more informal and modern.
Generally, they look similar to people, unless you come upon the aliens.
There really isn't a type, but if you have to classify them, they're sort of a mixture of French and Spanish, (not typically Andaluz, but important Spanish), with some other European mixed contained by. Barcelona and the surround have ALWAYS be a gateway to Spain from the rest of Europe, so there's more mixing of all sorts here. Makes for great food, art, etc.
They look like any other regular individual. What did you think they looked close to?
