What do Spanish nation construe almost Turks and Turquía?
I see the warmest and culturally the most similar people for Turks are Spanish populace. My brother is a fan of Deportivo after Fenerbahce. I wonder the nonspecific opinion of Spaniards just about Turkish and Turquía. Negative or positive honest answers please...

And, with regard to my opinon, if you know me (as I've said, I spend more time on the Turkey's section than within the Spain's one) I L O V E Turkey. Because of the reasons you've said: we share abundantly of things, we have greatly in adjectives: Lot of civilizations during the History of the countries, Mediterranean charm and behavior (friendly people, inherited values, easiness to get worked out lol -), stout food, modern countries that not forget the traditions and past, beach, mountains, landscapes, striking cities, different seas, places surrounded by two countries (Turkey in Europe and Asia, Spain within Europe and Africa), both have major straits between seas, we are on the foundation and the ending of the Mediterranean, we both enjoy a terrorist problem (ETA in Spain, PKK surrounded by Turkey), strongs armies, beautiful women!...
What can I speak? I'm obsessed next to the Turks and Turkey. I visit Istanbul final year (my favorite city of the world) and it changed my life. Now I'm obessed next to the whole country. I really want to know turkish race and have turkish friends, I construe they're friendly, easy to become friends next to, very funny (that's important) beside good mood.
You, the turks, own to be proud of being Turk. You're a great nation within every sense of the word.
I always articulate, if I wouldn't be Spaniard I would be Turk. Turkey is like my 2nd nation!. I get the impression very closer to the Turks. I'm proud of the certainty that my country supports Turkey with the mix to the EU. And, according to the newspapers, 30% of Spaniards are against of the joining, 20% are indifferent and 50% are within favour.
A lot of relations think that Turkey is markedly similar to the Spain of 20 years ago, and modernising very immediately.
All people I know, own a positive opinion something like Turkey, despite, you know, there are some panic to Islam in Europe, and some general public generalize, but we think that Turkey is fundamentally modern and very different to most muslim countries.
I study on the University and seriously of people I know own met turkish students in other European countries. They articulate that those students are very similar to us.
The opinon in the order of if Turkey must be part of the EU is different depending on every individual and due to many things, but the opinion of the country and people is honourable overall.
Altough you probably feel for a while discriminated against by the EU Countries, Spain suffered that when we joined the EU surrounded by 1986: All European countries thought we were little, uncouth, illiterat, lazies... They other have said that Africa begin at the Pyrenees (the frontier between France and Spain), so, they thought we were more similar to Africans than to Europeans, derogatoryly. Now we're module of the EU, the 8th or 9th power of the world, and one of the most liberal countries (gay marriages are allowed, solitary 5 countries in the world including Spain allows them). So, don't be aware of bad roughly speaking that, you know that you will part of the EU surrounded by a near adjectives, and it doesn't mean you renounce to your ideals and traditions. Turkey will be great tied or not to the EU.
For last, Turkey is one of the most visit countries for Spaniards, and Istanbul, one of the most visited cities. In 2007, 200.000 Spaniards (including me) visit Istanbul. For example, that year 300.000 visited Berlin, that is to say closer to Spain than Istanbul. The difference is not high, as you see.
And unsurprisingly, we share our madness more or less FOOTBALL! lol

i havent hear anything
but spanish people hold experience with so tons different cultures that they dont really have any predjudices or things to read aloud about different ancestors
