Answer to my query " seize a form "?
I asked and this was my wording...
I own heard of " take hold of a seat " for airtravelers.
Can anybody convey me what it involves ? Does it mean I hold to wait adjectives day at the airport and skulk for a "cheap seat " when one comes available ?

There be no explanation if I had to dally at the airport or what else was involved. and THAT is what I required to know.
