What is the procedure to walk to foriegn countries to work for 5 yrs and next come put a bet on to india?

I am a software engineer contained by java platform. suggest me which country will be the best and what is the scope for java ?
Is Canada is have more oppertunity for software proffessionals?
I have 2 yrs experience.
Which one is correct by going to foriegn countries by own or by asking onsite in companies?


Answers:    zilch is imposible so if u have a desire to shift to america u can do it.the best thing is u should enjoy a god knowledge going on for java but u should not bother cause u can be wel certain even if u work in india
