Answers: This is a built in not detrimental in your hotel room, in general incorporated in the wardrobe, you hold to pay a allowance to have the push button or combination number to use it. Most hotels these days give this service for free, but obviously this one doesn't. It is probably a nominal payment per week and would be worthwhile for your passports, money, jewellery etc. Beware if it is a switch operated not detrimental, if you lose the key the hotel will charge a highly hefty fee because they will own to replace the key.
Look at the out of danger when you get to your room, if it's a combination number type I suggest you use numbers that you remember well i.e. your birth year again if you forget the number the hotel will charge you for opening it to retrieve your possessions.
Have a great holiday.
