Answers: Mexicans believe bounty hunting is immoral because technically it's a form of legalized kidnapping. Kidnapping is a bit of a touchy subject here. Much the same why mexicans outlook with so much negativity that family purchase guns for home use even though they aren't solidiers, bodyguards, or cops. It's just a different culture.
