FM3 and owning manor within Mexico via trust?

who knows almost this. The FIDU company want me to have an FM3. I freshly "own land" don't want to live in Mexico until I retire. Any suggestions?

The only 'trust' you requirement is in the restricted zone

Normally in Mexico you compensate cash, especially for park without a house. If you are financing I can see them have these different requirements
I don't think nearby is any point in have an FM3 if you are not going to live in Mexico. Besides, after your FM3 expired contained by one year I don't think you could carry it renewed if you've been out of the country too oodles days in a year.

That's my empathy of things anyway. Of course 10 different people will inform you 10 different things.
You do not need an FM-3 to own within Mexico, but you will sure want to have it past you sell. Here are some page from my website that may help;
