in mexico, do bank or any money changer there, still adopt and change the infirm 2000peso bill
Answers: No - $orry. It is a collectors item to some, though... It is only worth in the region of 20 american cents... so, hardly worth the bother to shift to the bank.
The solitary use those are is as play money or to use as wallpaper. I have friends near stacks of them. They have no pro. Great for playing penny ante poker.
You kept it too long as i did..I've got some too,but I didn't realize, till I've taken it out from the safe.Luckily,It's individual few hundreds.But,It was frustrating though,motivation I never knew it can no longer changed.The money changer wouldn't adopt it at all very soon..subukan mo sa bangko? otherwise,...just hold it for 'memories'.. Sorry. Most of the money is worthless. You will not find any bank that will transmutation those old bills. Consider your $2 lost.
The bank stopped accepting them several years ago.
