Driving into mexico; passport for minor?

i will be driving into Mexico at the beginning of demonstration and i will be accompanying minors. one minor does not have a passport. what must i do contained by order to cross the border near them?



Answers:    Passports are not yet needed to DRIVE to and from Mexico. Date for this requirement have not yet be set, but will likely be after subsequent summer. You MUST have a signed, notarized memo of consent from BOTH parents of each child. Each personage needs to take their certified birth certificate, and if over 18, a photo I.D. I hope you own a notarized letter from the other parent. You will call for a CERTIFIED copy of their birth certificate, too. What he said is correct for a minor underneath 19.
