Entry to Mexico?
My 11 month old and I are planning our trip to Mexico (we are staying for angelic... in other words, we wont want a passport for re-entry). I also know that in directive to enter Mexico you have to enjoy a notarized letter from the father since it will be of late she and I. He is not listed on the birth card, and he is in Mexico so I am inept to obtain his signature.
She have a birth certificate and a photo ID, and I own my passport. Will we be allowed to ENTER?
Answers: Not meaning anything personal to you, but I hope they manufacture it very unyielding for ANYONE to take a child across the border minus consent from the child's other parent. There are just too abundant kidnappings to let this come to pass so easily.
Get the documentation that you inevitability so there Will be no problem.

Presuming you are surrounded by the USA - why would you you want to leave adjectives the 'freebees' available here? Too many other Mexicans do everything they can to be here. I don't catch it!
However, I hope you and your child will be able to enter Mexican space (if that's where on earth you really want to be). If the father can be proven to live in Mexico, it should be easier.

sure All I can read aloud is that after the beginning of subsequent year. Every American Citizen will be required a passport to enter back into the USA. You influence that you will NEVER enter back to the USA? When you enter to Mexico, you don't own to show anything, at least I didn't when I come and entered through Juarez. (Puente Zaragosa) I enjoy been here since the beginnings of June. And when I dance back, I will show my passport and my sons birth permit. About the letter of consent, I have tried that previously and they have never ever asked me for a epistle from the father. I have traveled final and forward since November of last year. Since my husband is fixing his papers. I come and shift to visit him. I other have traveled near my 3 year old son, and own had no problems.
