Answers: I found the Mexican website that gives you adjectives that information, but you either obligation to be able to read Spanish or own someone translate for you. There is not an English option that I could find. The Spanish occupancy for travel trailer is casas rodantes (literally rolling houses). My experience in traveling to Mexico is that you will stipulation to have any the title or an authorization from the lender to take it out of the country and you may own to purchase Mexican insurance.
You will need a vehicle permission. It would be best to contact the nearest Mexican consulate to get your vehicle permit ( car or truck, and the trailer) BEFORE going to the border...much easier. See sites below for info on permit and list of Mexican consultates within the U.S. I'd reccomend to think twice up to that time driving in Mexico near a trailer. Especially in the main part of the country which have a lot of mountains, abundantly of roads are thin and beside next to nothing protection for falling down a cliff. I remember this one road that you have to lift to get to the city of Veracruz to be precise super dangerous and you hold to drive really carefully.
If it isn't the mountain highway, it's the cities. Mexicans don't really own trailers (I remember seeing a few in the northern states though) and it would be impossible to drive one within Mexico City. If finding a parking space for a tiny Chevy is difficult, it will be impossible for a huge trailer.
If you already know the roads and cities you're going to and are reasonably all-embracing enough for the vehicle, you'll probably be okay. You will requirement mexican car insurance. It's a federal crime if you are contained by a car crash and don't enjoy one.
