Can i drive surrounded by Mexico next to an American drivers license if I'm 16?
im traveling to mexico this summer and ill own an american drivers license.. is it legal to drive contained by mexico if u have ur passport and american drivers license?
Answers: You would enjoy to purchase Mexican car insurance too. AND...it would definetly NOT be prudent. You are an inexperienced driver, and driving in Mexico is a unadulterated challenge. If you be to get into an chance you would not believe the trouble you would be in. Much wiser for you NOT to drive contained by Mexico. Taxis are cheap and there is great bus service.
YOU CAN DRIVE INTO MEXICO NO PROBLEMA
YOU CAN BE 14 AND AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A LIC. YOU CAN DRIVE IN MEXICO.
YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM WILL BE COMING BACK CAUSE YOU NEED TO BE 18 TO CROSS INTO USA ALONE.
Actually, I'm not sure. If you (as a minor) are going to Mexico near even one, not both, of your parents, you have to enjoy a note from the other parent wise saying that you may go next to the other parent (in case the other parent is trying to steal you). I would hail as the county you live in, they could enlighten you more about what's needed. Yes, it is; freshly as I can go to US and drive beside my license.
You can drive here.
Go to your insurance provider and get something call mexican car insurance. your regular insurance probably wont cover you down at hand. It depends on where you're going. If you're going to a small town, you don't even stipulation a driver's license! (that doesn't mean you can travel all crazy=) The command there is different than surrounded by the states. If you go to the city, as long as you own a valid drivers license, you'll be ok. The age is not much of a problem. Just make sure you drive undisruptive. The roads overthere are not as safe as the roads contained by the states. All the students in Mexico drive I dont see why you wouldn't know how to do it, you're a tourist =) Have fun and be safe!
Yes you can. As a tourist, Mexico honors the US drivers license, of late as the US accepts the Mexican license. Even if it's lawful, no company will rent you a car underneath the age of 21, some have a 25 hold back.
Do you plan to take your own saloon ? I doubt your insurance company will allow it.
