How can i phone call a mexican cell phone within MERIDA, YUCATAN? what numbers since the 8 phone digits should i dial?

the area code is 999,so u want to dial :011-52-999-and a 7-digit number (at least every number i know have 7 digits...but maybe here are some with 8...who know..)if your number starts with a 1 do NOT dial it (this is one and only here within mexico).

OK..dial 011 52 + local area code + phone number. I own to call to mexico almost everyday.
You can find are code to merida surrounded by internet. dial 05 + area code+ phone number
to hail as from the US its 01152 then the number you hold...If you only enjoy 8 digits then I believe you are missing 2 more number that go after the 01152 motive you need the nouns code..Its also different if you are calling a cell phone there or a small pueblo...
