Whats so unpromising give or take a few the country of mexico?
I heard abundantly of scary stories going on for it, and i was wondering what be so horrible about it.
Answers: For the most division...nothing! It really depends though because Mexico is a lawfully large country. The "bad" cities to avoid for Americans and that most Mexicans avoid is Tijuana, Nuevo Laredo and sometimes the possessions, DF.
There has be a lot of natter going around that Americans have be mugged/raped/kidnapped recently and I'm not sure how much to be exact true. I know that it happens, but one just needs to use adjectives sense, like other, to avoid these bad things from going on.
Here's my advice:
(1) Avoid unpromising neighborhoods that are run-down, not well-lit and if you are in one alone...acquire out of it ASAP!
(2) Don't walk alone! Especially at dark.
(3) Don't get drunk and dark and try walking to wherever you are staying alone!
(4) Know some Spanish and do not adopt anything from people whom you do not trust.
(5) Be tolerant. In most towns and smaller cities the "manana attitude" is pervasive. Nobody is in a rush.
(6) Never drink touch water. Don't dry-clean fruit/vegetables in it. Yu can boil it and later use it, but it won't taste the best. But a great deal of city water contained by the U.S. doesn't taste great any!
(7) Don't refer to yourself as "americano" and don't taste offense to person called "gringo." It is newly a part of the culture and really doesn't own to do with see, most of the times. Depends if you really act resembling a stereotypical "gringo"...if you know what I mean.
However, most Mexicans are markedly friendly and will try to help as much as they can. Most Mexican are considered to be living surrounded by "poverty", however most live happy lives. Mexico is not correct, but it is a beautiful and friendly country overall.
Mexico is not horrible at adjectives. Truly it is one of the most amazing places in the world. There is a touch bit of everything just close to here in the USA. People are afraid of evolution and difference and Mexico is a lot different from America. Just some associates do not understand how those can live a different way than we do here surrounded by the USA. Mexico is just similar to the USA was, lone a hundred or so years ago. People have a true since of respect, and a tricky days works is just the agency of getting by. It is true that the cities can be dangerous, but for most parts it is a wonderful place to live. I live surrounded by the mountains in a impressively rural area. It is on the lip of the jungle, and it is beautiful. Waterfalls run crystal blue, cave that glow and the grass is so green. Fruit is plentiful and roses grow uncontrolled. Sometimes it is hard for me to believe that a place not so far from the US can be so completely different but wonderful! Nothing horrible, newly some problems with crime as nearby is in any country within the world. A wonderful place to visit. Scary stories are overdone.
My grandfather still owns a Parcel surrounded by Mexico (somewhere in Mexicali). I go there once, previously my grandfather became senile & adjectives, and it's boring. It's a rural area near very few family.
He has citizenship so he moved his clan to Southern California for a better life. He moved put money on in 1980s and it's a dump immediately.
It used to be inhabited Russian, Irish, and Chinese farmers. They have adjectives fled. The city is now a resting stop for South Mexican indians and Central Americans trying to cross the border. :-\ .
Scary stories close to what?
Hollywood Movies?
or Lou Dobbs stories?
I thing that what is so fruitless in my country is the scarcity of education. That is the cause of poverty. Period.
But, about "horrible" or "scary" stories; specifically not the actual life. Okay, within is some violence, but mostly those are "gang wars", between them and/or the police or the army. Regular people (as myself) own regular lives; not as different as it is in USA. But here are many poor guys (mostly low educated) that try to travel to USA to make their "american dream". The true is that if those guys have education, they could live here as alike as in USA (maybe beside less money, but go is cheaper here). We still beeing more mexicans here than in USA, surrounded by statistics from USA they say at hand are about 12 million mexican living within, but they even count those born in here!. That is a kind of slump. Mexicans leaving the country are smaller quantity.
You got a perfect answer before this from Anzi86. And, yes, we will christen people from USA as "gringo" other, because "american" is anybody from this continent, either canadian, mexican, argentinian or gringo (fro example). The spanish word for general public from USA is "estadounidense" (Estados Unidos means United States), but that word is to long, so we right to be heard "gringo"; it is NOT offensive, that is to say just the word; don't phone call yourself "americano" it DOES offend us, we are not europeans or africans, we ARE americans. It doesn't serve "northamerican" either, Canadá is northamerica and so does more than the partly of México too.
what i find to be scary give or take a few it is that, well the relations dont have greatly of money right? so the things they do for survival.
stealing, bets, gambling, mugging, traffiking, kidnap for ransom etc. thats what a lot of the crimes here come down to..things done contained by the struggle for survival. but here in mexico you dont hear in the region of stuff like a serial pedafiles raping little girls and adjectives them up in their basements. because that stuff happen more in the u.s, surrounded by mexico, its stuff people do for money. worrisome stories as seeing witches flying over mountains?
