Are in that any ruins of interesting things to do involving the mayan?? In and Around the mayan riviera?

Answers:    Yes.
Ruins: you can go to Chichen Itza, Cobá and Tulúm. There is more, but that is to say the trips you will mostly find.
I recomend Altournative, they have an experience tour with Coba and a mayan settlement (you mostly go to the jungle around the settlement and zipline and rappel into a cenote, you'll like this).
You can also run to San Gervasio, Itzel goddess's ruins in Cozumel.
If you want more, purely pick up any map from the area, every time you see a pyramid deity is a mayan ruin.
have fun.
Yes! I stayed at an all-inclusive resort contained by Riviera Maya and took almost an all daytime tour that featured a mayan small town and climbing the tallest ruin from them,Coba. I was lead through a modern mayan village and qualified their way of time by the village those. Then we got to jump and look at ruins and climb some. Usually at the hotel there will be travel agents...who are free and can set you up for a trip and transportation.
