Expats surrounded by Torreon, Mexico?
I have lived contained by Torreon for 3 years now and singular once met some Canadians going to a movie. They said there be a group of expats who meet once a month or so and socialize. I would similar to to know how to contact this group.
Torreon is a nice place and I really enjoy my existence here. Friendly city.
