Anyone be to Mexico?
What is it like nearby and how does Mexico differ from the United States?
Answers: Mexico has a broad variety of places to call on, from Mayan or Aztec ruins to great beaches.
Mexican culture are very hospitable (a colossal amount of Mexican economy is base on tourism).
You can visit sluggish, traditional, towns or small cities such as San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Dolores Hidalgo, Tuxtla Gutierrez in Chiapas, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, and find handicraft, stoned streets, typical Mexican constructions from 100 to 500 years ago. Delicious Mexican dishes (which by the way won't trade name you sick- that is in recent times a common belief from Hollywood).
You can stop by Vallarta, Cancun, Isla Mujeres, Nuevo Vallarta, Acapulco, Puerto Escondido, Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Los Cabos, Manzanillo, Mazatlan, Ixtapa, etc... All of these are incredible beaches next to a nice weather and incredible scenery.
You can travel to jungle adventures in Vallarta, Chiapas, Oaxaca.
You can drop by Mexico City and go to the Anthropology Museum, Teotihuacan (20 minutes away), Chapultepec, Temple Mayor, Museo Rufino Tamayo, etc.
So Mexico is a great place to stop by, people live contained by peace and have a conventional life, they are compassionate and helpful beside tourists and you will have a great time.
Welcome...
I'm mexican-american and i've be to mexico every year since i was for a while girl.
The differences that i've noticed is 1), the traffic!
I stay most of the time within Mexico city(D.F)..and the traffic there is total upheaval compared to the U.S.
Imagine New York city's traffic, and multiply that by a 100...that's what mexico cities traffic is like...i wouldn't dare drive contained by Mexico.
2)...there's a lot more freedom surrounded by mexico to sell food itinerant compared to the U.S.
Here there are so several regulations and forms needed to be filled out so you can own your own little business. In mexico, you'll find just nearly everything being sold on the street.
3). adjectives throughout you'll see homeless children begging down-and-out for money. in the U.S. you'll never see a child on the street beseeching for money...you may see an adult, but never a child.
4). in attendance are taxis EVERYWHERE within mexico, all you enjoy to do is raise your paw in the street and a hackney cab will stop to pick you up. Unless you're in New York City, you'll hold to call and bring in pre-arrangements to have a hackney cab come pick you up.
5). getting around in Mexico is slightly easy because nearby are soooo many taxi, buses, microbuses, and subways you can take...and it's also cheap.
I can run on forever about this, but if there's something specific you'd similar to to know, feel free to look at my profile and email me...
