Can I rent a motorbike within Merida? Can I move it within Tulum?

I feel it may be easier for you to leave the bike contained by Playa Del Carmen or Cancun and take the colectivo/bus to Tulum though as I doubt you'd find rental place that have offices contained by both Merida and Tulum (since Tulum is so small).
