Has anyone truly taken their tot to Cancun? I am going on break and am planning to hold my 14 month ol
I have no problems next to the "party crowds" or the drivers or the food. I am going at the extremity of Oct. when there are no spring breakers, my drive is short to the resort and we plan on singular staying there and taking the bus once contained by a while. I am taking all the food and formula he will have need of and I am not worried about the sun. We will be using sunscreen and covering up only fine. I have be there 5 times myself and never once get bit by a bug. etc...What i am really worried about is where on earth can I take him to tolerate off steam. Play areas, events, parks etc. If anyone out there have already taken a baby to Cancun please grant me some advice.
Answers: I get married in cancun and my brother and sister surrounded by law go to the wedding w/my niece (she be only 1 year & 6 months) they also took everything they needed for my niece, the single problem they had be (a) night. she couldn't sleep! they mostly stayed within the hotel pool or beach w/her. They didn't want to do any tours. I benevolent of felt unpromising that they only stayed around the nouns and pool, they did visit the aquarium within the isla. She likes fishes. but everytime we be w/them my niece was have a good time. We go to a dance show and thought she would cry, instead she be dancing! i presume she had more fun next us! Your hotel should have a kids pool and play areas and they should enjoy activities for kids. the aquarium is in close proximity the Melia Turquesa, you can't miss it (it's called la isla) it's a shopping center. After that trip they took my niece to puerto vallarta. they said they have a great time taking her. I hope you enjoy your break, oh one thing that really help them was that they took a portable DVD player and took some of her favorite movies (that help alot in the plane and (a) night) babe-in-arms einstein videos and disney movies. you may want to email your hotel and ask what sort of activities they have for kids and if they have a kids pool, they should know how to help you and if they don't email support ask once you arrive. And yes no spring breakers and cancun is a party city if you want it to be. Many family take their kids and enjoy a great time. I am sure you will.
my mom and dad always took us down at hand when we were babies, toddler, etc. we used to other go to this mcdonalds that have a huge playplace in it, ask the cab driver where it is he'll know. We saw frequent babies and toddlers while in Cancun. The local individuals are very baby-friendly contained by general. What resort are you going to?? Ask this ask on tripadvisor and I am sure someone who has be to the same resort can answer.
Honestly, unless your hotel have something for kids/babies I say exit baby at home. I wouldn't bring my kid until they be 3 at the earliest. That place is not meant for the kids...it's a knees-up city.
