Cain't go and get passport> HElP?
OK my baby is 3months and me and his father are not married but we necessitate a passport to travel to mexico for next year. They said since he is on the pass he must sighn and show id that he is the father. Well problem is he is not a citizen totally nonetheless and has his birth qualification from mexico and a picture id but it be issued by the usa. But the people are givin me a rugged time cuz its not american. Dam its a valid id and they said i have need of to ask these people and give a number. Well those people issued this self for him what the hell. So how do i get a passport for my child if the father is no good necessarily to sighn. Do i need to stir to court or something. We planned on getting married in mexico and his father have a heart attack so we need to step asap. I don't need no rude comments any
Answers: Sorry you are having so much trouble next to this. I suspect that one big problem is that the father is in the U.S. in need a visa. Does the father have a Mexican Passport? That would be a big backing. If not, ASK at the passport office what type of I.D. they will adopt. If the father has a profession at this time, he may be able to use documentation from his work. Go to the website below and read beneath # 4. He may be able to hold one or two U.S. citizens who have particular him for 2 years vouch for him and sign that they verify his identity. His boss, co-workers, members of your own flesh and blood, a businessman, someone from church, doctor, landlord..someone who can vouch for his identity is what you call for. In some states, people who are surrounded by the U.S. illegally are still allowed to obtain a drivers license or a state I.D. ( I think contained by California, but am not sure). If he could get a state I.d. card that would be great. I believe the most possible way is to find someone who is likely and able to vouch for his identity.lately go over contained by your mind everyone he has certain in the U.S. former times 2 yrs.

If the he was born contained by Mexico, wouldn't you have to jump to that government to return with the passport? That is where his citizenship is one claimed at. I don't see how the US, can help that, unless he applied for American citizenship. Which is around 5 years? Immigration lawyer or one of those favourable offices that provide out free information..
get back from an immigration lawyer... usuaclly consultation will be $60 - $ 100. Good Luck. Is at hand a way that possibly you can add dad to the Birth Certificate, I know that I don`t know in some states you hold to be married, but that may be something you might want to check out in your state.
