I'm not sure, I'm from Morelia and I basically went to Ixtapa final spring break. My family and I took nearly 3 hours to get nearby. It takes more or less 2 and a half hours from Morelia to Guadalajara, so I'm not sure. My guess anywhere from 3 to 4 hours driving time. You enjoy to use the toll highways though because if you use the nontolls after expect shitty roads and about 10 hours of driving
