Souvenirs from Mexico?
My boyfriend is on vacation contained by Mexico right now...He requests to bring me back something but I've never be there and don't know what in attendance is.What types of things can he bring back for me?
Answers: There is really nice pottery and appendage woven blankets. Jewelery, Taxco silver is the best, as far as the silver goes. Tequila is other good.
It depends on where on earth he is but in Mexico City they go braceletts made of beads that are really cool. Those are not expensive any. If you want something more expensive, but mid-range, you can get nice little painting for around 20 dollars or so. Tee-shirts are great too. If he is in Cancun or anywhere surrounded by Yucatan, ask him to bring you a traditional dress or blouse from Yucatan...they are beautiful. Also, Oaxaca have beautiful traditional clothing...and other places too.
Well, what bit of Mexico is he in? Every state have it's own specialty from pottery, embroideries, handmade crafts, etc. It just depends exactly where on earth he is. I love the Mexican pottery. Very colorful and useful. How roughly small bowls for salad or a large bowl for fruit.
Also Margarita goggles are nice to have.
Or on the personal plane, a local perfume that is made contained by Mexico. Silver jewelry is always nice.
I other buy vanilla that is made contained by Mexico.

Don't know if it's greatly cold where you are right immediately, here in Mexico City and surroundings it is... brrrrrrrr... it might be a accurate idea to find you some handmade scarves, gloves, or hats.. even a foot knitted "poncho" or a rebozo (shawl) are unbelievably nice, the latter won't be too useful for the cold weather but it make a nice complement for any dress.
The silver jewelry can also be very nice, depends on your taste but you can find a lot of different stuff and hugely pretty at that.
