Best Maya Site close Acapulco?

I'm going to Acapulco soon, but I really want to visit some ancient Mayan sites. Hopefully a few hours sports car ride or something.

Also What are some other interesting things to do around the area?


Answers:    You can realize archeological sites from Acapulco but not Mayan sites, they are concentrated in Yucatan or within Guatemala.
