If we dock contained by Calica, how far is Cancun?
We are taking a cruise in July. I regard that it is near Cancun. How far is Cancun from Callica? Any other info you want to furnish would be great as well.

The only item is that the 341 km number (like US mile markers, lately in kilometers) is at the airport. The Hotel Zone starts after the airport and is approaching 29 km long.
At the airport area, coming from the south, you can choose to stir to the Hotel Zone, to downtown or to the airport, so it all depends on where on earth you want to go contained by Cancun.
One option, if you are not driving is to to to Terminal 2 at the airport by minicab. At the left completion of the terminal building you can catch the ADO bus, red and silver and big, and for $3.50 US or $35 Mxn you can stir to the bus terminal in downtown Cancun, which is pretty much surrounded by the middle of where you want to be downtown if you are a tourist.
Taxis from Calica to Cancun would be the best technique of travel but are not cheap. You can negotiate though. You can even hire a taxi by the hour and he will be your guide.
A sanctuary tip though. NEVER get surrounded by a taxi if in that is another passenger already in the hackney cab. There have be several recent robberies reported. No one injured, just robbed. Even Mexicans enjoy been victims, including the brother of a friend of mine. I live contained by Cancun.

Calica is an international port located south of Cancun at kilometer 282.6 of federal highway 307. Cancun is at marker
