Best all-inclusive right now is the Riu Palaceor Sante Fe within Cabo, but there are several others that are in recent times as good within other parts of Cabo.
Just thought I'd mention, Cabo is not considered "tropical". We are a desert and our flora and fauna is desert- like - more catcus and sanddunes. But we own plenty of tropical flowers and palms too. And of course blue blue the deep and white sands.
