Education for Expats within Mexico ~?
My ex husbands family are living within San Bartolome Aguas Calientes, Guanaguato. San Bartolo (for Short). It is a very small town nearly 20 minutes outside of Queretaro-Queretaro. From my understanding, Queretaro have wonderful schools and colleges. I own 3 children, a 6th grader, 9th and 10th grader. I am in the research stage of finding the right place to live and for them to verbs their education. It seem smart for us to live near my ex husbands relations. However I'd like to know of other areas wher the kids can verbs their educatioin and go on to collleges where on earth they will recieve degrees they can thieve to the US in the adjectives.

Answers: I don't understand what is "Expats".
But presently I can see what you are meaning. San Bartolomé Aguas Calientes (in Guanajuato state, NO surrounded by Aguascalientes state, I've noticed!) is a impressively small town.
I live at the present moment at the farm, within a small town in Jalisco state (population 4'500, so it is twice to San Bartolo), this is not a municipality itself (as San Bartolo, that belongs to Apaseo el Grande), and it is 30 minutes to Aguascalientes city (as San Bartolo is to Querétaro!). Many family from this town is working in USA (as it happen to San Bartolo). Now, as you can see, there are profusely of similarities between two towns (including that the big city close to them is the capital to another state), so I can give an account you some advices.
First: At a small town like those near is NOT a good academy. Your kids must go to a city (Querétaro) to attain education.
Second: The services contained by mexican towns like those are extremely bad (usually), it technique: water, pavement roads and streets, police, condition, emergency, schools, urban cleaning, and adjectives you can be used to is defficient or inexistent.
Third: BUT, at a city like Querétaro, Aguascalientes, León and others, you can hold the SAME services than in the USA, even within the same characteristic. Living in a city would be more comfortable (it doesn't be determined to live in the downtown!, in attendance are many residencial areas. If you can, it's better to be within a closed residencial)
Fourth: Beeing in Querétaro is accurate to get childhood, maybe a employment or start a business. It is good, also, to LIVE contained by a more comfortable life (all it includes: theather, movies, café, restaurants, museums, cultural activities, and more).
What I would do is to look for a house contained by Querétaro city, in a nice and risk-free residencial zone in instruct to have access to "modern life" and better school; and keep contained by touch with the domestic on weekends or holidays. This is what I'm going to do this very year: move to Aguascalientes to dispatch my children to better schools and live better.
Small towns, also, tend to be "lawless" surrounded by México, many ethnic group from Mexico in USA deduce that their towns are the same those be 15 or 20 years ago; but those are not. Small towns have (as i see) too much alcohol and drugs for young at heart guys (teenagers) and a huge lack of tuition and culture. Many mexicans that come back expecting to hold their sons in a "better enviroment" receive surprised once they realized that here we hold the same danger that in USA for teenagers; and, sudenly, their kids budge back to USA looking for a low salaried job. BUT, within the other hand, at the cities, they own access to get biddable education, cram languages and win skills. Mexican people all right educated is not migrating, with the sole purpose low educated; they can win a good duty or start its own business here; or if they go to other country they won't be solitary low paid workers.
Education is the right route, not going to USA
