My dad, went to mexico surrounded by Oct 2007, he drove his truck - he did get a Temporary Mexico Vehicle Import Permit. He erstwhile to return the permit once he crossed pay for over to the US.
MY QUESTION:
Is there anyway OTHER THAN driving the truck hindmost to a border town to submit the Temporary Mexico Vehicle Import Permit? Can he just messages the Permit? Or does the vehicle that the permit be issued for have to be present along near the permit?
Answers: It can be done. Unfortunately, from what I know you can't newly send it contained by.. Supposedly you have to own the vehicle at the border when you turn in your conditional permit... but, sometimes you can find mexican agents liable to bend the rules for a couple hundred dollars or so to do the transaction.. Your dad would have to travel to the border to do this.. He needs to clutch the temporary licence with him and adjectives of his original paperwork. Hope this help you..
