Can I travel to Mexico in need a passport?
I was born contained by Texas and I want to travel to Mexico March 29th...
but I dont have my passport, can I still walk? Or how long does it take to procure a passport?
Answers: Passports are required to FLY to and from Mexico. They are not YET needed to r=travel by LAND to MExico. See 1st site below. See 2nd site for passport application info...cost is $97.00, tkes 4 to 6 weeks. Expediting costs $60.00 and express mail fees and take 2 to 3 weeks.
you dont need a passport to drive/walk over the border. newly say "american citizen" I dont know nearly flying into Mexico. Me and my friends drive into Juarez all the time to shift clubbing there. and I`m from New Mexico. Sure you can, but by bus not by plane. I hope this relief.

You could probably get into Mexico lacking a passport, but good luck getting spinal column into the US!
They cost around $100 and take a month or two to go and get - but I heard that they be backed up, so it may run longer...

Passport needed. they changed the law at the instigation of January everyone needs a passport to dance to mexico...now it take 3-4 weeks to get one. if I be you I'll get one fast!
Actually hun what you can do now if capture a passport card that is a bit cheaper. Now to be exact only right if you are not flying into or out of Mexico.

Nope u definitely involve a passport i believe it takes something like 4 -6 weeks..You can get it at a post bureau,and get rush nativity but u gotta pay more you can also do it on flash!!...Can i go near you? lol j/k have a out of danger trip!! OH AND MAKE SURE TO TAKE ANTIBIOTICS!! I think they extended the time to receive one...I would check first by visiting..
You can also clear more money and have it expidited by going to an organization in personality. I don't think you can travel anywhere out of the country short one now a days. And it take like 4-8 weeks or something I presume? Ask your post office.
If you want to risk you unpredictability of being caught. But I would recommend taking a passport. Its fundamentally important when travelling. It take about a month to get hold of a passport. It depends, I go to Laredo about a year ago next to my daughter (BIG MISTAKE, BTW), but we didn't need a passport or even a Visa, but afterwards again we were a moment ago going on the other side of the border for a day...if you're going longer, I'd telephone the consulate and ask them to make sure.

I go to Guanajuato Mexico with my 6 month out-of-date daughter and lived there for 2 months. I took the bus in attendance and flew back. Neither one of us needed a passport. Just a birth pass for her and a birth certificate and my drivers license for myself. I've also be 2 more times since then. I drove nearby twice and came fund on the bus both times. All I ever needed was a birth licence and my license. Have fun. you can go here but you wont be able to catch back surrounded by to the usa so if you want to stay then sure dance

You call for a copy of your birth cert. and you can find the forms online to have them occupied out before you step... That saves a LOT of time... Just Google "Passports" and receive sure you are going to a .gov site and you will know it is real...
Don't use one of those companies that say they will "Do everything for you and get it contained by half the time".
They are a scam...
It take like 4 page of doc's filled out and a trip to the post bureau and you mail it adjectives in and you are done...
You would lapse up paying them like, $50.00 to print out the approved forms for you and drop it all contained by the mail.

its rubbish To many law theses days You MUST hold a passport if you travel to/from Mexico by air or ship.
If you cross via automobile or by shank`s pony, you must have a command issued ID and a certified copy of birth certificate (or two forms of political affairs issued ID like driver's license, military ID, etc).
It costs roughly $100 and takes several weeks or months. If you want it quicker (ie expedited) you will clear $200 and get it hindmost in a shorter time of time.
