Answers:    Todos Santos is a small little town north of Cabo. It is dainty, artsy and small. There is not much more than a couple main streets, some farm surrounding the area, the estuary, and as you would expect the beaches that are outside of town. However it is extremely lovely and have the old world charm of non-tourist mexico. You can sit at the zocalo and monitor the goings on.

All the activities you down you can do in TS or you can run into Cabo for the day. Here are a couple websites you can look at. You will miss their biggest event of the year, the art ball which occurs contained by Feb.

You will also be there for prime whale watching time. freshly travel along the coast they often travel moderately close to shore. they're easier to see if your higher up.
If you similar to the night enthusiasm you could always drive into cabo but really at hours of darkness its a bit of a zoo
