We called our cell company a week earlier we left and get access to use our phone from there to the US.I can't remember what it cost but it be available in suitcase of an emergency. SKYPE.

They send you the phone contained by the US so you have it when you find there and can appointment your transfer or your hotel while you're waiting for your luggage and you put it surrounded by the mail to return it to them when you draw from back. Since you are a tourist, I would recommend buying a phone card (ladatel) at one of the grocery/pharmacia stores and using it to telephone call home.
