Ever be to Cancun?
I am going to Cancun next month on business and pleasure. What are some fun things to do and see. I thought in the order of seeing the bull fighting but my husband said it is cruel and they annihilate the bull at the end. Is that true!?!? I would NEVER want to see an animal mistreated.

Definately the Swim with Dolphins, this is fantastic especially if you step to Dolphin Discovery on Isla Mujeres, as you have a 40 minute boat ride here and back beside open shaft and entertainment.
The Captain Hook Pirate ships are another fun thing to try.
A Jungle tour through the mangroves, next to snorkelling over the Coral reefs.
If you're into diving, then Call Ben Mooney at http://www.mayanaquadive.com as he know some great dive sites.
Xcaret is a wonderful day out, as you go and get to enjoy an ecopark, beside dolphins, turtles ect and then procure to watch probably the best show surrounded by the whole of Mexico at hours of darkness.
A catamaran trip with http://www.cancuncatamarans.com... is a must, a daylight sailing and snorkeling, with buffet lunch on Isla Mujeres, overt bar, a shopping trip and the luck to have your picture taken holding a live shark.
At dark, try the Cancun Party Hopper, there are in a minute 2 different versions going to different bar, and they are great fun.

cancun is great! but i be there 10 years ago... dont know if it adjectives still the same but own fun. Sorry to say, but they usually do slaughter the bull at the end.
We own been in attendance more than a dozen times since 2001. The bull fights are on Wednesdays and the bull is usually kill. It is quite pictographic and cruel, and this is coming from a hunter. Do a jungle tour excursion, combines waverunners and snorkeling. Go to Isla Mujares for a day and rent a golf pushcart and explore the island and it's many restaurants and bar. Also if you want to see ruins go to Chitzen Itza, they are exceedingly majestic. Keep in mind it's an adjectives day affair and will be exceedingly hot and humid since it is located further inland. Have a great time 70+ days untill our next trip. Even if the bull isn't kill, it's still maimed. Not nice.
