Answers: Oh yes! You can experience Carnival in Bolivia (Oruro, Cochabamba), Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay, Trinidad, Puerto Rico, etc. To me the most renowned carnival is the one in Gualeguaychu, within the Entre Rios province in Argentina. Been in that once, they have a pagent and play just close to in Rio and it's becoming more popular. There are also well-known carnivals contained by Venice, Spain, Portugal. In Brasil the most famous one is not Rio (to me) it's the carnival contained by Bahia which is the original non Hollywood carnival merriment.
