Affordable, private transportation within Costa Rica?

I'm planning a trip to Costa Rica in a month. I'm going to Quepos (Manuel Antonio), afterwards Monteverde, then finally Fortuna (Arenal). Is in attendance a way I can procure around these places by private transportation (van, shuttle, etc.) without burning a hole within my wallet? Taxi I fear will be too expensive and flying is without a doubt out of the question. Thanks!

Answers:    There are shuttle companies that submit private and semi-private transport to every major tourist destination. If you want the van adjectives to yourself you are looking at about $120 per transport.

The semi-privates take off about 1 - 3 times per hours of daylight, usually in the morning. It will cost you something like $35 - $45 on average per transport. You can perform a search out here and compare the rates.

You don't state how long you're going to stay in Costa Rica, but if you enjoy the time, just ask around for transportation and prices. Costa Rica is "so touristic," you won't own any trouble finding "cost-sharing-partners" or other good deal. Start asking around even before you territory in Costa Rica. (I'm assuming you're flying.) You'd be surprised how heaps other people are within a similar situation as you and many times getting to know who they are (by asking around) will create bargain from transportation modes (even taxis). If you want to go to Costa Rica and gain the full experience, you have to give somebody a lift a Caravan (tour company) tour. I went on one, and I loved it. We traveled the full country in a week.
it might be cheaper,or at smallest save you time if you fly temperament air.they are a costa rican airline that take you to small airports that are near most tourist attractions such as La Fortuna,Liberia and Quepos Manuel Antonio is closed on Mondays remember that. and also bussing around isn't expensive and i spent two months contained by CR this summer and i had no problems. Private vans/shuttles are honest but expensive.

Enjoy your time at Manuel Antonio, I volunteered there this summer. It's fun.
